Worldwide technological equipment manufacturer organised a contest for the automation system installation. We had been working with the company previously and we had experience in brewery automation.
We won the contest and successfully accomplished the project in time and in high quality. This project was important for us, as it was one of the biggest projects abroad at that time. It demanded a comprehensive knowledge and experience. In short time we had to fulfill all tasks of different project phases.
“Sarbast Plus” brewery project involved such process areas as: centralised CIP stations (11 tanks, 4 lines), fermentation cellars (12 CCTs), light beer tanks (6 BBTs), yeast storages (6 tanks).
Our scope of delivery:
- Electrical design and panel assembly;
- Delivery of mounting materials and electrical supervision on site;
- PLC (Siemens S7-400) and SCADA (Siemens WinCC) software design;
- Commissioning and start-up works on site.
All electrotechnics and automation system software complied with the high technical standards of Carlsberg Group.
