We were glad to assist them with our knowledge and experience in the dairy industry and help to solve the automation challenges.

Our specialists with Hochdorf and TetraPak consultants performed the management of milk powder drying and ultra filtration systems. A control system was replaced by a modern production management system.

A new automatic control system software was designed and high-quality and reliable equipment was installed. Modern and flexible system gave the customer the ability to modify the parameters instantly and analyse the process at a higher level.

Our scope of delivery:

1. Preparation of the project documentation (electrical schematics, operating manuals);
2. Assembly of the new control panels;
3. PLC software design according to the customer’s specification;
4. SCADA design;
5. Commissioning and start-up works on site.
